We're dedicated to teaching the very simple practice of mindfulness meditation. There are many ways to meditate, but we will focus our attention to the feeling and sensation of the breath. 

The Discipline

We teach the importance of developing a disciplined practice that occurs every day. Even if the meditation is short, practicing every day is the ideal path for all the benefits meditation can provide.

We're seeking a pragmatic outcome based in hard neuroscience. There are countless studies now to demonstrate the power of meditation in our daily lives to live more productive, focused, and joyful lives.
