Developing a Meditation Practice


Meditation assumes many forms.  However, practically speaking, meditation entails simply sitting still, relaxing your body and quieting your mind. In this space, you will experience a calming silence and a deep sense of peace.

 

To begin your practice of meditation, we recommend starting with a daily practice of 2-5 minutes. Once you begin, commit to this discipline every day for the next 30 days. If you miss even one day, start over. Daily repetition is essential to developing a long-term practice.
